What we collect and why

  • Contact form — name, email, company, phone and your message, so we can answer your enquiry.
  • Brochure downloads — your email address, so we can send you the requested brochure and a copy for your records.

  • Usage data — analytics and performance data collected via cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used.

Legal bases

We rely on: your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies); the performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (answering enquiries, sending requested brochures); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers ("processors") who act on our instructions:

  • Vercel — website hosting and audience/performance analytics.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional and newsletter emails.
  • Microsoft 365 — email hosting; your contact and lead messages are received here.

We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet our legal obligations. We retain contact-form enquiries and lead data for up to 3 years after our last interaction; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
