Abstract

The purpose of this standard is to describe the procedure for measuring the fundamental resonance frequency of a hardened concrete specimen. The method is suitable for all concrete, and applies to specimens whose shape and dimensions are defined in Article 3. This method makes it possible to detect differences in quality and degradation of concrete.
