Abstract

This article describes the work on developing a test procedure for characterizing vitrified bonded cBN grinding wheels.

Due to the scope of the work carried out, the article was divided into two parts. Part 1 of the article was described in issue 03/2002 of Industrie Diamanten Rundschau, Part 2 follows here.

Significance

Conclusion of the systematic research on quality assessment methods for cBN grinding wheels.
